Product Manager (Dating)

Product Manager for a dating product at PaySol. Full-time, remote, salary 180,000-250,000 RUB + KPI.

Design key user scenarios and create wireframes/prototypes in Figma/FigJam for hypothesis testing. Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity) for discovery, data analysis, prototyping, and accelerating product cycles. Develop the product end-to-end: market/competitor analysis → requirements gathering → scenarios → prototypes → launch → iterations. Manage the product team: set tasks for designers, developers, experts; conduct planning meetings; control deadlines and quality. Work with product analytics: funnels, conversions, cohorts, retention, A/B tests, unit economics.

3+ years of Product Manager experience with full product lifecycle management. Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics, understanding their business impact. Experience launching products from scratch and working in uncertainty. Team management experience. Super responsibility, leadership, deep business immersion. Ability to communicate with all departments.
