Product Manager (Dating)

Product Manager for a dating product at PaySol. Remote, full-time, salary 180,000–250,000 RUB + KPI, plus weekly USDT payment option.

Responsibilities: - Design key user scenarios and create wireframes/prototypes in Figma/FigJam during hypothesis testing. - Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity) for discovery, data analysis, prototyping, and accelerating the product cycle. - Develop the product end-to-end: market/competitor analysis → requirements gathering → scenarios → prototypes → launch → iterations. - Manage the product team: set tasks for designers, developers, and experts; run planning meetings; control deadlines and quality. - Work with product analytics: funnels, conversions, cohorts, retention, A/B tests, and unit economics.

Requirements: - 3+ years of Product Manager experience, full product lifecycle management. - Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics, understanding their business impact. - Experience launching products from scratch and working in uncertainty. - Team management experience. - Super responsibility, leadership, deep business immersion. - Ability to communicate with all departments.
