Product Manager

Senior Product Manager for a trading platform, hybrid in Cyprus or remote. Focus on key metrics and bonus system.

Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, retention, revenue; broad testing opportunities with dozens of hypotheses and interface experiments; transparent and measurable results in monetary terms; influence on user experience of thousands of clients; close collaboration with analysts, designers, and engineers; opportunity to implement your own vision of an ideal bonus system.

At least 3 years of experience in trading, brokerage services, or financial markets and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have); experience with Client Experience projects (must-have); data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success; skills in setting tasks for development and design, prioritization, and preparing A/B tests; ability to analyze user experience and interfaces; ability to find balance between user value and product cost-effectiveness; English not lower than Upper Intermediate.

Hybrid work format — 3 days per week in the office; remote format possible; salary discussed individually.
