Responsibilities: - Analyze product and financial metrics to find growth opportunities - Track Web3 market and competitors, form product hypotheses - Work on user scenarios, UX, and mockups - Form and prioritize roadmap and backlog - Manage releases and coordinate development, design, marketing, and support - Evaluate change results and determine next steps

Requirements: - 2+ years of Product Manager experience - Experience with user scenarios, mockups, roadmap, and backlog - Practical experience in releasing products - Understanding of Web3 and DeFi Nice to have: experience with Google Analytics or PostHog, crypto wallets or fintech, startups, and user communications. English B2+
