Mozabrick is looking for a Product Manager with a strong analytical background and technical understanding to lead product development in the hobby and children's goods category. The role involves strategy, product development, and team collaboration. Office-based in Moscow.

We are Mozabrick. For 13 years, we have been creating and developing products in the hobby and children's goods category. In recent years, we have been actively growing our own brands, which are sold not only in Russia but also abroad. We are currently looking for a Product Manager who loves analytics, understands the technical side of the product, and wants to grow into a Head of Department. What you will do: • Lead the product from idea to launch and development • Define strategy and growth points • Work with the construction: materials, components, production • Participate in the development of new products • Formulate technical specifications and documentation • Analyze efficiency and improve the product • Interact with production, design, and cross-functional teams

What is important: • Strong logic and systemic thinking • Love for numbers and analytics • Understanding of materials and production • Experience working with production • Knowledge of GOST and technical documentation • English (working) • Independence and initiative
