Okko is looking for a Product Manager to develop alternative scenarios like kids' profile, music, games, and quizzes. Responsibilities include scaling existing features, launching new ones, and impacting key service metrics. Location: Moscow/St. Petersburg. Hybrid work.

Okko is one of Russia's largest online cinemas. We are developing areas beyond classic viewing: children's profile, music, games, quizzes – all of these have been living and growing within the product for several years. What we are looking for: We are looking for a product manager who will help develop these areas at a different pace – scale what works, launch new things, and be responsible for contributing to the key service metrics. This role offers a wide scope for initiative: we expect not just task execution from a list, but the ability to find growth points, formulate hypotheses, and bring changes to measurable results. What you will do: • Develop and scale existing alternative scenarios: children's direction, music, games, quizzes; • find growth points in engagement, retention, and depth of product usage; • analyze user behavior, formulate and prioritize product hypotheses; • design user experience on TV and mobile, considering the specifics of each platform; • manage the product backlog for your area and be responsible for its prioritization; • launch A/B experiments and evaluate their impact on product and business metrics; • work with a large cross-functional team – development (30+ people on different platforms), analytics, discovery team, and bring tasks to launch; • find a balance between simplicity, engagement, and safety for different audience segments, including children.
