Product Manager (AI, EdTech)

WebGears is hiring an experienced Product Manager to own four EdTech and AI products, drive monetization, and foster growth.

Lead roadmap and backlog for four products, prioritizing tasks and making product decisions at the intersection of EdTech and AI. Research market, competitors, and AI adoption scenarios; bring new hypotheses and product ideas. Define what the model solves versus product logic, formulate tasks for DS/ML team, and monitor quality, cost, and latency. Build evals and criteria for LLM functions, select models, and monitor post-release behavior. Conduct customer development with online schools, course authors, and students; analyze support tickets for insights. Work with school clients: onboard them, gather feedback, and run pilots. Prepare specifications, build prototypes for approval, assign tasks, and accept results. Manage product analytics and metrics: school activation, course completion, trial-to-paid conversion, AI assistant usage, and share of generated courses reaching publication.
