Product Manager (A/B & Monetization)

Product Manager for fintech marketing product with 4M+ monthly users in 10+ countries. Lead experiment pipeline from idea to decision. Remote, full-time.

Crezu is a fintech marketing product with 4+ million monthly users in 10+ countries (Latin America, Europe, Asia). We are looking for a product manager to lead the experiment pipeline: from idea to decision to roll out or kill. Responsibilities: - Form and prioritize a backlog of hypotheses for the funnel and monetization. - Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests (splits, guard metrics, breakdown by GEO). - Make decisions on tests and document them in clear specs. - Find revenue growth opportunities and optimize monetization sources.

2-4 years of experience in web products where metrics are tied to money (leadgen, e-commerce, fintech). Deep understanding of A/B testing and the math behind it. Ability to manage 5-10 tasks in parallel and timely abandon non-working ideas. Active use of AI tools in daily routine. Plus: experience in affiliate/CPA/advertising, SQL knowledge, and work with different GEOs.
