Product Manager

Product Manager at VFM Technology, an accredited IT company developing business resource management solutions. Moscow or hybrid, full-time, salary up to 450,000 RUB net.

Form and implement the product roadmap, propose and test hypotheses, achieve product growth targets. Manage the full product development cycle from Discovery to Delivery and further feature development. Conduct market analysis, user behavior analysis, and key metrics analysis; model the impact of hypotheses on the product and evaluate the effect of implemented solutions. Ensure smooth collaboration between company departments to achieve set goals. Interact with external partners: conduct negotiations, give presentations, support joint projects. Be responsible for product economics: manage unit economics, control key financial metrics, ensure profitability of initiatives. Prioritize tasks considering economic impact (using WSJF method). Improve user experience quality and consistently reduce technical debt (legacy). Participate in shaping the product culture of the company and contribute to product creation.

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, expertise in mobile and web products. Successful experience launching and scaling products from scratch. Strong command of unit economics: ability to calculate and collect metrics, understand payout structure and its impact on product P&L. Deep understanding of analytics, UX approaches, A/B testing methodology, and the product development lifecycle. Forecasting, controlling, and achieving product financial metrics (unit economics). Skills in building development processes and prioritizing features. Experience with products with an audience of more than 50,000 MAU. Ability to complete tasks on time and deliver results. High level of empathy and focus on user needs. Developed soft skills: effective communication, risk and stakeholder management.
