International IT company seeks a Product Leader (CPO/CEO) for SaaS, AI/ML, and financial products. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, roadmap management, and end-to-end product lifecycle. Offers competitive compensation, bonuses, and an option program.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the formation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy. - Formulate the roadmap and manage the backlog with a clear link to business results. - Lead the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to launching features into production. - Build interaction between development, design, marketing, and support. - Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate them into concrete solutions. - Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move quickly. - Build and develop a team if necessary.

We expect: - From 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS. - Proven experience in growing a product in the international market - ideally, if you have built something from scratch or worked with industry leaders. - Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people. - Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a complete set of data. - Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
