Product Lead / Launch Owner at NERA / PsychoTech platform. Remote/project-based. Fixed payment for launch + KPI bonus. Responsibilities include MVP scope definition, product launch, and key metrics management.

We are building a psychtech platform at the intersection of psychology, EdTech, and AI. Currently launching an MVP from existing developments through expert hot traffic: digital trainers + retention layer + initial revenue. Tasks: – Fix MVP scope and gather CJM / PRD / backlog – Bring the product to launch with development – Manage key metrics: conversion, completion, retention, ARPU/LTV – Bring the project to the first reproducible growth unit

– Experience launching MVP / new product with responsibility for results in numbers – Ability to work with conversion, retention, unit economics – Plus: experience in EdTech and/or psychology, coaching, helping practices – Ability to prioritize strictly and not over-expand MVP

– Project-based work – Fixed payment for the launch of the first version – Bonus for achieving KPIs after the first launch – Opportunity to grow into a key product role
