Product Ideation Manager in Web3 Studio

Web3 Studio seeks a Product Ideation Manager to generate ideas for Web3 projects, with 4-11% profit share and average monthly income of $3-5k. Full-time, remote.

Responsibilities: - Constantly generate new ideas for Web3 projects - Monitor the market, new trends, mechanics, and launches - Form project concepts: idea, mechanics, value, monetization, token utility - Hand off ideas to development and oversee implementation - Regularly review intermediate product versions and make adjustments - Test the product before launch - Identify weaknesses in UX, mechanics, and product logic - Propose new updates and development directions after launch

Requirements: - Strong understanding of Web3/Crypto and continuous market awareness - Ability to create strong ideas for new projects, mechanics, and products - Ability to quickly analyze others' projects, identify strengths, and improve them - Understanding of good user flow, monetization, token utility, and product mechanics - Ability to turn ideas into clear technical specifications for the team - Not afraid to challenge implementation if the product is going in the wrong direction
