Product Manager Web3

Product Manager for referral/matrix products in Web3. Remote, full-time. Responsibilities include backlog, PRD, user journey, metrics, migration to Solana.

We are an IT company developing a Web3 and DeFi ecosystem: DEX, token, GameFi, educational platform, mempad, and marketplace. We are looking for a product manager to take over the direction of referral products: developing user journey, multi-level referral mechanics, and reward economics. Tasks: - Maintain backlog, prepare PRDs and user stories together with analyst and dev team. - Improve participant journey: onboarding, activation, retention, and interaction with the affiliate program. - Track product metrics and conduct user analytics. - Run stress tests before launching changes. - Work with feedback from participants and affiliate network leaders. - Product support for the migration to Solana.

From 3 years in product management in Web3, DeFi, or GameFi products, including at least 1.5 years in MLM, matrix, or multi-level referral products. - Experience in calculating reward economics in spreadsheets and validating its sustainability under different scenarios. - Experience with product metrics and dev team. - Ability to turn complex accrual rules into clear user experience. - Experience interacting with participants and leaders of partner networks. Nice to have: - Understanding wallets and smart contracts at the product level. - Experience with anti-fraud in referral systems. - English B1+.

Responsibility for the product direction and influence on its development. - Direct work with product lead, tech lead, and founder. - Remote format, international team. - Compensation discussed individually after interview.
