Ozon Tech is looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to join their team. The role involves working with UI, UX, complex systems, and engineering scenarios for internal tools. Budget is negotiable.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at Ozon Tech. You will be responsible for designing internal tools for developers and SRE, working with systems related to monitoring, stability, and logging. This role involves dealing with ambiguity, limited ready-made references, and a focus on logic, structure, and real-world utility over just visuals.

Experienced Senior Product Designer with strong UX thinking (research, scenarios, handling ambiguity). Experience with complex systems or the ability to quickly immerse in them. Ability to influence product direction, not just create screens.
