Product Designer for AI Products

Product Designer role at Alfa, building AI tools for designers. Requires 5+ years in product design, AI experience.

Alfa is looking for a product designer to launch AI products for product designers. AI accelerates development, but before writing code, we need to decide what to create and how it should work. We want to speed up and improve this stage. A real scale: Slava Kirzhaev previously headed all b2c design at Alfa-Bank, and now with his team is building an interconnected system of AI tools for different competencies. Tasks: find ways to speed up designers' work; design plugins and AI tools; create templates for AI results; test hypotheses and improve solutions; together with a developer, bring tools to perfection; vibe-code.

Systemic thinking and ability to simplify; attention to detail and excellent visual taste; confident work with design systems; experience solving design tasks with AI; at least 5 years in product design and a portfolio confirming your skills. A plus would be experience creating plugins, automation tools, and AI projects.
