Product Design Director

Tutu.ru is looking for a Product Design Director to lead a team of ~20 designers, collaborate with communications and marketing, and defend decisions to C-level. Hybrid format in Moscow. Requires 6–8 years in product design (B2C, e-commerce, travel-tech).

Millions of tickets, routes, hotels — and behind each of them is a thoughtful user experience. Tutu needs a Product Design Director who will elevate the user experience to the next level — with emotion, logic, and engagement. Team of ~20 designers to grow and inspire. Work in close collaboration with communications and marketing. Defending decisions before C-level and arguing through metrics and data.

6–8 years in product design (B2C, e-commerce, travel-tech), recently in a lead position of a large team or head of direction. Portfolio with real cases: redesigning visual language, implementing a design system, measurable business impact.
