Rusclimate is looking for a Product Manager | Head of Chiller Product Line. Strategy development, assortment formation, market analysis, supplier negotiations.

Rusclimate is the leader of the Russian climate market. TOP 10 in the world. We are currently looking for a Product Manager | Head of Chiller Product Line. What tasks need to be solved: – Development and implementation of strategy; – Formation of a brand assortment portfolio and creation of a competitive equipment offering; – Building sales, costs, and marketing budgets; – Systematic market analysis, development of sales geography; – Conducting negotiations with suppliers and partners; – Developing seasonal marketing and advertising event plans, monitoring their execution, operational correction of media plans, and analyzing their effectiveness.

We are looking for you if you have: – Relevant experience as a product manager / head of a product line for at least 3 years; – Higher education; – Skills in managing the full cycle: from procurement and budgeting to launching advertising campaigns; – Ability to negotiate with suppliers and "push through" favorable terms.
