Fund "Polden" in Moscow (Paveletskaya) seeks a Private Fundraising Specialist to run campaigns, develop regular donations, work with funnels, CRM, and donor base. Hybrid, salary 80,000–110,000 ₽, full-time.

— launch campaigns and develop regular donations, both on own resources and on aggregator platforms; — work with funnels, mailings, landing pages, and donor database; — attract new donors and maintain relationships with existing supporters; — search for and test new channels and mechanics; — analyze results and improve working solutions; — use AI for research, analytics, content creation, and automation; — participate in games and help the team test new developments.

— proficiency in marketing and digital tools; — experience with CRM; — skills in analytics and data; — ability to independently manage tasks; — test hypotheses and understand how to turn interest in the fund into regular support. Nice to have: — experience in private fundraising; — experience in digital or CRM marketing, customer acquisition and retention, community development.
