TaxDome is hiring a Principal Security Engineer (DRI) for a fully remote role across European time zones. This role focuses on Application Security during an AI-first transformation, requiring ownership of security in modern software delivery and AI-generated code.

At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a Principal Security Engineer to own Application Security across our platform during an AI-first engineering transformation. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who can build security into modern software delivery, shape the security model for AI-generated code, and help us scale product safety without slowing the business down.

• 7+ years in Application / Product Security • Staff / Principal-level ownership or equivalent senior IC depth • Strong experience securing multi-tenant SaaS products • Experience with sensitive or regulated data • Strong hands-on DevSecOps and CI/CD security automation background • Practical experience with AI / LLM security risks and controls • Ability to work closely with engineering and review code across modern backend / platform environments • Strong written communication and ownership mindset
