Principal Full Stack Developer with React

Teramind is hiring a Principal Full Stack Developer with React for a remote role: architecture, React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, code reviews, and mentoring.

Teramind is a global leader in user behavior analytics, insider risk management, and workforce intelligence. Define and evolve architecture for new features and long-term platform evolution. Design and write end-to-end feature code: from frontend components to backend APIs and data layer. Deliver full-stack features: React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, infrastructure scripts. Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, set technical standards. Work with product and design to deliver value quickly.

Experience working with minimal supervision, leading complex initiatives from design to delivery. Expertise in React and full-stack development.

Remote work (fully distributed team since 2014, open to almost any country).
