Presentation Designer at Sber AI

Sber AI is looking for a Presentation Designer with 3+ years of experience to develop visual style and design systems for analytical materials. Office format in Moscow.

Sber AI is a Sber team engaged in R&D in the field of applied AI/GenAI technologies for solving business problems, creating ready-made products and services. Responsibilities: • Development and evolution of the brand visual style for analytical materials on AI, technologies, and markets • Creating a unified design system and template library for analytical reports, presentations, digests, and other team materials • Design of analytical reports and presentations for top management and external audiences • Visualization of complex analytical information: charts, diagrams, matrices, infographics, schemes, and trend maps • Development of visual concepts for key research and special analytical projects • Collaboration with analysts on structuring materials: translating complex data and conclusions into clear visual stories • Control of visual integrity and quality of team-produced analytical materials • Preparing materials for publication and print, coordinating with contractors if necessary • Developing design production approaches and tools, including the use of AI tools for design and visualization • Supporting and evolving the created design system as new analytics formats emerge

• 3+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in consulting, tech companies, research centers, media, or analytical teams • Strong portfolio in information design, presentations, analytical reports, and data visualization • Ability to turn complex information and large data volumes into simple, clear, and visually compelling communication • Experience developing visual concepts, design systems, templates, and guidelines • Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint, preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign • Strong skills in charts, diagrams, schemes, and infographics • Understanding of typography, composition, grids, and editorial design principles • Ability to work independently from visual concept to final layout • Attention to detail and high visual culture • Ability to work closely with analysts and quickly immerse in complex technological topics • Experience with generative AI and modern AI design tools is a plus • English sufficient for working with international visual references and materials Nice to have: • Experience designing for top-level executives • Experience with tech, AI, or research topics • Experience preparing printed analytical reports and collections • Experience developing a brand visual language or a direction within a large company
