Presentation Designer at Sber AI

Presentation designer position at Sber AI, creating visual style and design systems for analytical materials, reports, and presentations in the AI field, with an office in Moscow.

Sber AI is Sber's team engaged in R&D research on the applicability of advanced AI/GenAI technologies for solving applied business problems, creating ready-made products and services for Sber, the largest companies in the country, the state, and the population. Responsibilities: - Development and evolution of the corporate visual style for analytical materials on AI, technologies, and markets - Creation of a unified design system and template library for analytical reports, presentations, digests, and other team materials - Design of analytical reports and presentations for top management and external audiences - Visualization of complex analytical information: charts, diagrams, matrices, infographics, schemes, and trend maps - Development of visual concepts for key research and special analytical projects - Collaboration with analysts on material structure: turning complex data and conclusions into a clear visual story - Control of visual integrity and quality of analytical materials produced by the team - Preparation of materials for publication and printing, interaction with contractors when necessary - Development of design production approaches and tools, including the use of AI tools for design and visualization - Support and development of the created design system as new analytics formats emerge.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as a designer, preferably in consulting, technology companies, research centers, media, or analytical teams - Strong portfolio in information design, presentations, analytical reports, and data visualization - Ability to turn complex information and large data volumes into simple, clear, and visually compelling communication - Experience in developing visual concepts, design systems, templates, and guidelines - Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint; preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign - Strong skills in working with charts, diagrams, schemes, and infographics - Understanding of typography, composition, grids, and editorial design principles - Ability to work independently on tasks from visual concept to final layout - Attention to detail and a high level of visual culture - Ability to work closely with analysts and quickly immerse in complex technological topics - Experience using generative AI and modern AI tools for design is a plus - English at a level sufficient for working with international visual references and materials. Nice to have: - Experience designing materials for top-level executives - Experience with technology, AI, or research topics - Experience preparing printed analytical reports and collections - Experience developing a brand visual language or a separate direction within a large company.
