PR Manager (Junior/Middle/Senior)

Next Genium, an indie game studio, seeks a PR Manager for its space survival game Overmind. Salary up to 120,000 RUB full-time; remote with flexible MSK schedule.

Next Genium is an indie studio creating games for itself and fellow enthusiasts. The flagship project is the space survival game Overmind, currently in active development. We need PR to make people talk about the game. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the project's PR strategy; - Manage social media (VK, Telegram, Discord) and seed the community; - Interact with game media, bloggers, and streamers; - Prepare press releases, news, and news hooks; - Analyze effectiveness and monitor trends.

Middle/Senior: 1+ year in PR/marketing (preferably gamedev) with a portfolio. Junior: if little experience but has awareness, understanding of the indie scene, and passion — ready to consider and train. Ability to write lively texts, negotiate, and work with social media. Understanding of the indie game audience.

Full remote work, flexible schedule by MSK. Fee up to 120,000 RUB net (full-time); part-time (from 20 h/week) paid proportionally. Employment: civil law contract (GPH), self-employed, or sole proprietor.
