PR Manager (Account Manager)

PR agency seeks PR Manager (Account Manager) for fintech, finance, investments, insurance, factoring, leasing, lending, CFA, e-commerce, partly IT. Salary 100,000-150,000 RUB/month. Hybrid or remote, Moscow office.

Communication (PR) support for agency clients; Planning PR and communication activities for projects; Managing a team of specialists; Initiating news hooks; Preparing press materials (press releases, articles, interviews, comments, success stories, etc.); Interacting with journalists, bloggers, and initiating publications; Preparing media monitoring and analytical reports on media work; Organizing client participation in events, awards, ratings; Organizing events for media, bloggers, partners; Working with Telegram channels, social media, opinion leaders; Crisis PR (if needed); Consulting agency clients on PR matters; Developing project ideas and activities; Meeting monthly and annual KPIs.

Higher education (PR/marketing/journalism); Proficiency in PR tools and technologies; Preferred: own pool of federal, business (RBC, Vedomosti, Kommersant, TASS, RIA Novosti, Izvestia, Forbes, Expert, etc.) and industry media (fintech, finance, insurance, investments, e-commerce, IT); Experience in a PR agency or media for at least 3 years; Desire to develop in PR on the agency side; Absolute literacy and good writing style; Experience as an account manager handling 3 or more clients; Initiative, independence, decision-making ability, confidence, responsibility, desire to learn and teach the team, responsibility for results; Preferred: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Salary from 100,000 to 150,000 RUB per month. Work in a boutique PR agency (20 people, agency on the market since 2012, part of TOP-50 National Rating of Communication Companies and TOP-25 rating TOPP COM AKMR); Opportunity to attend industry conferences, business breakfasts, and webinars; Employment under the Labor Code from the first day; Hybrid or remote work format (by agreement); Probation period - 3 months.
