PR Manager

PR Manager (Middle+) for an agency, remote, salary 90,000–160,000 RUB. Responsibilities include strategy, media pitching, content writing, and client relations.

We are looking for a Middle+ PR manager who delves into clients' business tasks, not just KPI. Main tasks: - Prepare and defend strategies, media plans, content plans - Write articles, comments, research, news, press and post releases (including with AI) - Pitch material to media and organically weave commercial/native placements where appropriate. - Extract the essence from briefs, write structured articles and comments at Tier-1/Tier-2 level. - Assess real reach, citations and impact of publications on business tasks. - Work with alternative placement channels, e.g., Telegram channels - Build interaction with government structures, organizations, NGOs, find strategic partners

What we expect: - Experience in PR from 3 years, work in an agency, or quality management of several clients in parallel as an advantage - Ability to write structured texts independently - Understand how editorial teams work so pitches don't end up in spam - Have warm contacts and skill in cold pitching - Be able to argue how a particular news item/activity solves the client's business tasks - Be able to economize the client's budget - Use AI, understanding that it's only an auxiliary tool - Know and apply advertising law in practice - Work with Medialogy and manually collect mentions and reach - High level of self-organization when working remotely - Be able to find a flexible yet confident approach to the client What we do NOT want to see: - Work style of 'send a release and wait for response for months'. - Creating unnecessary fuss - Excusing lack of publications by 'editors' busy' or 'complex topic'.
