Vacancy: Copywriter for T-Help. Remote work from any city in Russia or office near Belorusskaya metro station in Moscow. You need to write new texts and keep old ones up-to-date, understand the bank's products.

T-Help is a knowledge base that helps clients use the products of our group of companies: cards, loans, brokerage accounts, insurance, and much more. Every month, several million people read our texts - on the website and in the T-Bank app. What needs to be done: Write new texts and keep old ones up-to-date. You will need to analyze frequent customer questions and feedback, understand product specifics, coordinate and refine content.

Who we are looking for: A copywriter who writes clearly and understands the specifics of product texts. You know how to use visual storytelling tools - illustrations, tables, lists - listen and negotiate, plan and meet deadlines.

You can work remotely from any city in Russia. If you live in Moscow, come to our office near Belorusskaya metro station.
