Copywriter for T-Help. You will need to write new texts and keep old ones up-to-date, analyze customer questions and feedback, understand products, and coordinate and refine content.

T-Help is a knowledge base that helps customers use the products of our group of companies: cards, loans, brokerage accounts, insurance, and much more. Every month, several million people read our texts on the website and in the T-Bank app. What you need to do: Write new texts and keep old ones up-to-date. You will need to analyze frequent customer questions and feedback, understand product specifics, and coordinate and refine content.

We are looking for an editor who writes clearly and understands the specifics of product texts. You know how to use visual storytelling tools – illustrations, tables, lists – listen and negotiate, plan and meet deadlines.
