Key task: build the personal press service and implement an approved long-term public positioning strategy. The personal PR director will take on strategic and operational management: synchronize different streams (PR, SMM, public speaking, external news hooks, etc.), responsible specialists, and teams in accordance with the strategy. The person must be able to see the main points, prioritize, and maintain speed and quality of communication.

Higher professional education (preferably journalism, public relations, public and municipal administration). Experience in PR, GR, or journalism at least 5 years; strong advantage: experience in positions related to personal branding of top officials. Knowledge of Russian legislation on mass media, procedures for covering activities of state bodies, State Duma regulations, ethical norms of public politics. Anti-crisis communications skills.
