Remote personal manager for client service at Ukids Academy, managing a portfolio of families, ensuring client retention and renewals. Salary 90,000-145,000 RUB (fixed + bonus + revenue share).

Join the client service team of Ukids Academy as a personal manager who will manage a portfolio of families: support clients in their learning, help them achieve results, and renew their training for a new period. Responsibilities: - Managing a personal client portfolio: up to 250 families - Regular communication with parents via messaging and phone - Monitoring attendance and child's progress, addressing parents' doubts - Renewing training for a new period, meeting personal renewal and revenue targets - Offering additional academy programs to existing clients - Maintaining client database and reports in CRM and spreadsheets

Willingness to work as self-employed (assistance with registration if not yet registered) Ability to work in high multitasking mode: several dozen active clients simultaneously, different flows and deadlines Stress tolerance and ability to handle negativity and objections Discipline in data management: careful CRM and Google Sheets maintenance, attention to numbers and deadlines Self-organization: working remotely and planning your day within the schedule Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to structure information Empathy and developed emotional intelligence Experience in sales, client service, education, or working with children is a plus Confident user of CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom Availability of a computer or laptop, webcam, headset, and stable internet
