Personal Assistant - Family Office
Personal Assistant role in a Limassol-based family office. Responsibilities include administrative support, calendar management, travel arrangements, and liaising with business associates. Requires 3+ years of experience, fluency in Russian and English, and strong organizational skills.
The role involves providing administrative support to the UBO, Head of FO, and operational team within a family office focused on equity investments. Key responsibilities include preparing agendas and meeting notes, managing calendars, handling correspondence, supporting business and private travel, and executing personal requests of the UBO. The candidate will also support ad-hoc projects and observe strict confidentiality.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a family office or for a UHNW individual. • Fluency in Russian and English. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail. • Reliable and trustworthy, with a high degree of diplomacy and discretion. • Proactive problem-solver, demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative and independence. • A positive, can-do attitude, adaptable to new challenges. • Exceptional communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders. • Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Excellent writing and proofreading skills. • Has the flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to meet the UBO’s needs as and when necessary.
