Seeking a strong traffic manager for Yandex Direct and VKontakte campaigns. Experience in edtech is required. Remote, full-time position with fixed salary + KPI.

Fizikl is building a lifestyle system around nutrition, training, and habits, with over 55,000 users. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact results, with budgets and a willingness to test new ideas. Tasks focus on launches, growth, and scaling, not just support. Responsibilities include generating and testing hypotheses, launching and scaling campaigns, working with creatives, providing landing page recommendations, and analyzing key metrics like CPL, CPO, and ROMI.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Yandex Direct and/or VKontakte (specialization in one is acceptable). Mandatory experience in edtech. Ability to work with a large number of hypotheses and tests. Strong skills in generating and testing creatives and landing pages. Proven case studies. Self-reliance and ability to work independently.
