Motion Designer / Performance Artist
Motion Designer / Performance Artist for a mobile app publisher. Create high-performing motion creatives for paid user acquisition campaigns. Fully remote, EU time zones preferred. Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 gross annually.
The company is a fast-growing mobile app publisher founded in 2016, with a portfolio of consumer apps used by millions of people worldwide. They are now entering a new stage of growth: moving beyond mobile-only products and building web versions of their mobile apps to support subscription growth, improve monetization, and scale user acquisition more efficiently. Key responsibilities: - Create high-performing motion creatives for paid user acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other channels. - Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and visual ideas for short-form performance ads. - Produce and iterate static and motion assets focused on conversion, engagement, and subscription growth. - Work closely with growth, marketing, product, and creative teams to test hypotheses and improve ad performance. - Analyze creative results and use performance data to improve future concepts. - Stay on top of mobile advertising trends, especially in consumer apps, health & wellness, education, productivity, lifestyle, and subscription-based products.
Key requirements: - 2+ years of experience working with app publishers / mobile app studios, health / wellness / education / lifestyle apps, or other subscription-based B2C products. - Proven experience creating performance-oriented creatives for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Google, and similar paid acquisition channels. - Strong hands-on skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, CapCut, or similar creative tools. - Strong understanding of short-form video formats, hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, and mobile-first creative production. - Data-informed mindset: you are comfortable working with CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, retention, and other creative performance metrics. - Fluent English and ability to work in a remote international team.
