We are looking for an experienced People Partner Team Lead to lead and develop our People Partner function in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role involves leading a team, partnering with senior leadership, and driving HR practices. Relocation to Cyprus is offered.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Partners Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across the business Drive consistency, quality, and scalability of HR practices Own and improve core people processes across the employee lifecycle Support organizational design, performance, engagement, and change initiatives Use data and insights to shape people decisions and strategy
