Partnerships Manager (AI Integrations)

Junior Partnerships Manager for AIMLAPI platform by Boiler Lab. No experience required; B2+ English and interest in AI agents.

Find AI-agent projects (Cursor, Cline, CrewAI, etc.) and negotiate AIMLAPI integration with their teams. Write to maintainers on GitHub, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email, and follow up until replies. Send PRs and issues to partner repositories with our developers. Collect feedback from partners and users and pass it to the product team. Manage the partnership funnel in a spreadsheet: conversions, weekly summaries, hypotheses for new integrations.

English B2+: all partner correspondence in English. Willingness to initially contact strangers and handle rejections and silence. Comfortable with spreadsheets: funnel, conversion, weekly numbers. Willingness to learn on the go and take tasks without step-by-step instructions. Nice to have: technical background or understanding of LLM APIs (endpoints, models, keys, limits), GitHub account and understanding of issues, PRs, and maintainers, experience with AI agents as a user, internships, pet projects, community or developer support experience.

Office in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, flexible start of the workday. Official registration as self-employed or individual entrepreneur; taxes compensated.
