Junior Partnerships Manager (AI Integrations)

Junior Partnerships Manager for AI integration platform AIMLAPI at Boiler Lab. Office in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, full-time.

We at Boiler Lab are looking for a junior to join the partnerships team of AIMLAPI, a platform through which developers connect hundreds of AI models via a single API. Responsibilities: - Find AI agent projects (Cursor, Cline, CrewAI and similar) and negotiate integration of AIMLAPI with their teams. - Write to maintainers on GitHub, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email and follow up until they respond. - Submit PRs and issues to partner repositories together with our developers. - Collect feedback from partners and users and pass it to the product team. - Manage the partnership funnel in a spreadsheet: conversions, weekly summaries, hypotheses for promoting new integrations.

English B2+: all partner correspondence is in English. Willingness to be the first to contact strangers and handle rejections and silence calmly. Comfortable with spreadsheets: funnel, conversion, weekly numbers. Willingness to learn on the go and take tasks without step-by-step instructions. Technical background or understanding of LLM APIs: endpoints, models, keys, limits (a plus). GitHub account and understanding of issues, PRs, and maintainers (a plus). Experience with AI agents as a user (a plus). Internships, pet projects, community experience, or developer support (a plus).

Office in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, full-time, salary discussed individually.
