Order Support Manager

VST Auto seeks an attentive Order Support Manager to transfer and track orders after sale until production completion. Remote, 25-30K RUB.

VST Auto is a company producing and selling car seat covers and accessories. We are looking for a careful and systematic manager who will transfer and support orders after sale until they are ready. Responsibilities: • Accept sold orders from sales managers. • Verify vehicle data, configuration, materials, and design. • Select suitable production and transfer the order there. • Create production form/task. • Monitor deadlines and production status. • Interact with production facilities on current orders. • Respond to clients about deadlines and order status. • Ensure orders do not get stuck and each has a clear next step.

• Attentiveness and responsibility. • Ability to work with a large number of orders. • Organization and deadline control. • Confident work with CRM and spreadsheets. • Competent communication with clients and production. • Experience in the automotive field is not required — we will teach everything necessary.

• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. • Remote work. • Salary: 25-30,000 ₽ • Training and a clear work system. Main task: timely and error-free transfer of orders to production and control until full readiness.
