Operator-Technologist

Large FMCG company is looking for an Operator-Technologist. Responsibilities include equipment repair, setup, and maintenance; requirements include technical education and basic computer skills; offers official employment, shift schedule, competitive salary, and benefits.

Repair, adjustment, participation in installation and modernization of new equipment, regulation of operating parameters; Cleaning, inspection and lubrication of production site equipment (CIL); Timely changing of parameters for the manufactured component/product; Monitoring and keeping records of operating modes and parameters of technological line equipment.

Secondary vocational or higher technical education. Knowledge of fundamentals of physics, mechanics, and electrical engineering. Confident computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Work experience in manufacturing is welcome but not required — ready to consider candidates without experience.

Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Shift schedule 2/2 (day shifts from 8:00 to 20:00, two days off, night shifts from 20:00 to 8:00, two days off).
