Operations Specialist

Insurion, an IT product company for insurers, seeks an Operations Specialist to answer client questions, perform internal system operations, and create Excel reports. Salary up to 100,000 RUB/month before taxes. Remote, 5/2 with mandatory Sat/Sun; days off chosen by you.

Responsibilities: — Answer questions from clients - representatives of insurance companies — Perform operations in internal systems when necessary — Generate reports in Excel on request

— Ability and desire to communicate with people — Business correspondence skills — Confident use of Excel — Ability to write simple SQL queries will be an advantage — Responsibility and diligence

— Work schedule 5/2, but Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
