Pipeline Operations Engineer

Operations engineer for oil and gas pipelines in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Responsible for maintenance strategy, integrity management, and emergency response.

Responsibilities: - Develop strategy, plans, and procedures for maintenance of main, field, and interfield oil and gas pipelines. - Develop measures to ensure high efficiency of production activities. - Annual review of pipeline integrity management system and control over implementation. - Develop emergency repair plans and provide equipment. - Expert assessment and approval of design solutions, verification against technical standards. - Organize pipeline condition assessment, troubleshooting, and incident investigation. - Ensure rapid response to technical incidents or emergencies.

Higher education in pipeline design, construction, and operation or related field. Experience in hydraulics, in-line inspection, defect repair, strength calculations, and pipeline integrity management.
