Operations Manager (iGaming)

International iGaming product on Tier-1 markets (AU, DE, UK) seeks an Operations Manager to build and develop product operations. Location: Cyprus. Salary: $3000-4000, official employment.

Manage product operations and optimize business processes; Coordinate work of Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Analytics, Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams; Control key processes: payments, bonus system, CRM, KYC/AML, Antifraud, VIP, and Loyalty; Form business requirements and assign tasks to the development team; Participate in launching new GEOs, payment solutions, and internal tools; Conduct UAT, control release quality, and participate in incident resolution.

Experience as an Operations Manager in iGaming; Experience interacting with Product, Development, and Analytics; Understanding of APIs, integrations, payment infrastructure, and product business processes; English B2+.
