Operations Director of a Financial Platform Operator

Yandex Fintech is a digital platform for financial products. We are looking for an Operations Director to manage the operations of a financial platform operator, scale operations without increasing errors and regulatory risks, and integrate with Yandex Fintech processes.

Yandex Fintech is a digital platform where clients can choose and arrange financial products: deposits, loans, insurance policies, and others from various providers. The operator does not participate in transactions as a party but helps conduct them, ensures security, and identifies participants. You will organize the work of the operations division of a financial platform operator. You will need to scale the financial platform operator without allowing growth in operational errors, client complaints, and regulatory risks. Your tasks will also include integrating the financial platform operator into Yandex Fintech processes: accounting systems, reporting system, back-office processes, support and development team work, and payment infrastructure.
