Operations Director

White Rabbit Family, a Russian restaurant alliance, is seeking an Operations Director in Moscow to develop and implement operational strategy, manage regional operations and financial discipline, and drive sales growth.

White Rabbit Family is a Russian restaurant alliance founded by Boris Zarkov in 2011. Its restaurants have been recognized by prestigious Russian and international ratings, including the Michelin Guide and The World's 50 Best Restaurants. The Operations Director will develop and implement operational strategy for restaurant promotion, be responsible for achieving regional goals, manage operational activities and financial discipline of the region, be responsible for increasing sales and reducing operating costs, and support marketing initiatives in the assigned restaurants.
