Manage the full debt collection cycle: - Pre-trial collection (multi-channel, client-oriented strategies, individual offers) - Judicial collection (filing, support, control of deadlines and results) - Enforcement proceedings (FSSP, banks, bankruptcies) - Control of end-to-end debt movement: purchase → strategy → collection → repayment Achieve company targets: - Meet and exceed KPIs for collections, deadlines, cost, and portfolio ROI - Responsible for operational efficiency (cost to collect, speed, conversion) Scale operations: - Prepare processes for portfolio growth without proportional cost increase - Ensure stable operation under peak loads - Develop operational model for external portfolios of MFOs and banks Processes, technology, and data: - Develop, optimize, and build new end-to-end business processes - Implement automation and ML/AI models - Quality control and regulatory risk management (FZ-230) Manage teams: - Lead pre-trial, judicial collection, and enforcement units - Develop a strong management team - Foster a culture of responsibility for results and data-driven management Strategic participation: - Participate in shaping growth and diversification strategy - Collaborate with IT and finance departments

Experience: - Experience managing an operational unit in collections / MFO / fintech - Understanding of the full collection cycle: pre-trial, judicial, enforcement - Experience managing distributed teams and complex processes - Ability to manage through metrics, analytics, and numbers - Systems thinking and results orientation Nice to have: - Experience scaling an operational business - Experience implementing AI/ML
