Responsibilities include: team formation; planning and managing hotel operations; developing and maintaining high guest service standards; forming and developing corporate culture; timely and quality provision of services to hotel guests; monitoring guest service quality and improving service level; handling guest reviews and complaints; solving administrative, economic, and financial issues; controlling quality and deadlines of contractors; budgeting and planning, working with suppliers; ensuring revenue budget fulfillment; ensuring financial reporting; interacting with regulatory government bodies.

Proven successful experience managing a hotel or hotel chain (4-5*, chain management is a plus); experience with hotel and restaurant software; experience in operations departments (HSKP, F&B, Front office); ability to make quick management decisions and take responsibility; full immersion in the project and its tasks; knowledge of all work areas (staff work, accounting, finance, and operations departments); knowledge of documents defining rules and standards in hotels and restaurants.
