Remote Operations Assistant for Docenko Boxing Team, a boxing school in Dubai. Manage client communication, scheduling, CRM, payments, renewals, and business tasks. Base salary 60,000 RUB, total income up to 80,000 RUB.

Docenko Boxing Team is Artem Dotsenko's boxing school in Dubai. They are looking for an independent and attentive assistant for remote work. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients in Instagram and WhatsApp; - Schedule trial trainings and support leads; - Maintain CRM, monitor payments and renewals; - Coordinate clients' and trainers' schedules; - Track tasks and deadlines; - Help with various business tasks; - Occasionally perform personal errands.

Competent written communication; Experience with clients, CRM, and spreadsheets; Attentiveness, independence, and initiative; Ability to complete tasks and not lose track of anything; Willingness to switch between tasks quickly; No other job overlapping with the work schedule; English is a plus.

Fully remote work; Schedule 6/1 from 10:00 to 20:00 Dubai time; Base salary 60,000 RUB; 10,000 RUB KPI for fulfilling the team revenue plan; Up to 10,000 RUB KPI for work quality; Total income up to 80,000 RUB.
