NetOps Engineer position in Bilbao, Spain with Artificial Seed. Salary from $4000 to $6000 net. Focus on AI, Computer Vision, NLP, Fintech. Office-based, full-time.

Artificial Seed develops advanced solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and applied technologies, focusing on practical tasks rather than just theoretical research. We work in the fields of AI, computer vision, NLP, and fintech, creating and implementing systems that solve complex real-world business problems. We are currently expanding our infrastructure and looking for an engineer who wants to grow, influence architecture, and build a system where uptime is not just an SLA but a competitive advantage. What you will do: • Design, deploy, and maintain a distributed data transmission network; • Configure servers and network equipment at the L2/L3 level; • Optimize the Linux network stack; • Build a network monitoring and observability system; • Automate provisioning and configuration management; • Participate in the architectural design of key services.

What we expect from you: • Deep experience with BGP (iBGP / eBGP / MP-BGP); • Practical experience with FRRouting, GoBGP, Bird; • Hands-on experience with EVPN/VXLAN and WireGuard topologies in production; • Confidence in diagnosing problems from the server to the backbone provider; • Network configuration and tuning in Linux (performance, low latency); • Understanding of segmentation, iptables/nftables/ferm; • Automation via Ansible. Will be a great bonus: • Experience with Docker, Nomad, Kubernetes; • Monitoring: Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, LibreNMS; • Working with private infrastructure AWS/OVH/Hetzner/GCP/Alibaba; • Knowledge of OSPF, PIM; • Remote VPN (OpenVPN, SSL-VPN); • Experience with Cisco Nexus.
