Motion Designer for an International iGaming Project. Experience in iGaming is mandatory! Salary up to $1200. Work in an international project at the stage of active growth.

International iGaming project in the gambling/betting vertical. The product is about 2 years old – it has gone from MVP to the stage of active growth. Currently: over 12,000 games in the portfolio, expansion into betting and new gaming directions is planned. Responsibilities: • Development and creation of 2D animation for game elements: symbols, characters, backgrounds, win effects, bonus rounds • Creation of advertising creatives: animated banners, videos, promotional materials • Adaptation of creatives for different channels (website, TG bot, affiliate traffic) • Preparation of a large number of creative variations for performance tasks • Work with ready-made design layouts and enhance them through motion • Interaction with the team: designer, art director, marketing, game design • Optimization of animation for different devices (including mobile) • Participation in the development of visual concepts and ideas

• Experience as a motion designer / 2D animator for 1+ year • iGaming / gambling / betting experience is mandatory • Experience in creating advertising creatives (video, banners, performance) • Proficient in Adobe After Effects • Understanding of animation principles and graphics work • Ability to work with deadlines and a large volume of tasks Will be a plus: • Game development experience • Mobile formats experience • English language for reading documentation Important for success: • Understanding the impact of creatives on CTR, conversion, and retention • Experience working with performance teams / traffic / affiliates • Ability to quickly create variations and test hypotheses • Independence and results orientation
