Looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor to create car and real estate reviews and Reels/Shorts using AI tools. Salary from 500,000 RUB. Remote work, occasional visits to Abakan.

Edit car, apartment, and house reviews from ready footage (filming is handled by the team). Present the product effectively: color grading, pacing, lighting, best angles, accents on details (car equipment, apartment layout and view). Create motion graphics and infographics: car specs, square footage and layout, numbers, neon/wireframe accents matching brand style. Create kinetic subtitles and dynamics for short formats. Keep viewer attention: hook in first seconds, pacing, retention through the end — in both reviews and Reels. Work with sound (voiceover, music, sound design) and deliver volume consistently.

Confident video editing. Motion graphics: After Effects (or equivalent) — animation, renders, infographics. Strong color grading — ability to make footage look premium. Storytelling for long-form: hold attention in 3–10 minute reviews. Kinetic typography, sound work, trend awareness. Confidently use AI and understand where it saves hours. Examples (or similar): auto subtitles and cutting (CapCut, Descript), asset generation and processing, upscaling, retiming (Runway, Topaz Video AI, Midjourney for graphics), voice work (ElevenLabs). You don't need to know everything — you need to think in a way that AI speeds up work.

Payment: from 500,000 RUB. Work from any city — we consider candidates not only from Abakan. Format: remote, occasionally trips to Abakan to the team. We pay for an apartment for the first months: you come, meet the team in person, immerse in the project, then work remotely.
