Motion Designer / Compositor / Video Editor

TWIN3D is looking for a versatile motion designer for full-time or part-time work, skilled in After Effects, compositing, and video editing.

We need a specialist with confident knowledge of After Effects who can work at the intersection of motion design, compositing, and editing. A person capable of independently assembling videos, creating interface animations, working with graphics, and bringing shots to final quality. We value not just a task executor, but a universal specialist who understands the entire video production process and can join at different stages. Responsibilities: • Motion Design: create 2D animations, animate graphic elements, titles, typography, and interfaces. • UI Animation: work with animations for interfaces, apps, websites, and digital products. • Compositing: assemble and integrate elements into the frame, work with layers, masks, tracking, effects, and refine the image. • Editing: assemble videos from raw materials, build rhythm, work with sound, transitions, and narrative dynamics. • Post-production: organize and maintain projects, work with sources, arrange compositions, and prepare final renders. • Work with ready-made design layouts and, if necessary, create simple 2D graphics.

• Confident use of Adobe After Effects — this is the main tool. • Experience with editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects. • Understanding of compositing principles and visual element integration. • Skills in 2D animation and interface animation. • A sense of composition, rhythm, typography, and visual style. • Ability to solve tasks independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. • Proper project organization: clear structure of compositions, layers, and files. Nice to have: • Experience with advertising, product, and technology videos. • Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. • Understanding of video production and post-production pipelines. • Basic 3D skills or experience interacting with 3D graphics. • Ability to work with references and accurately match a given visual style.
