Motion designer/video editor for Belatrix, creating animations and AI-assisted videos, from 150,000 RUB, hybrid in Moscow.

What to do: — Create animation, motion graphics and visual effects for videos on Aytronik. — Animate the character and universe elements: glow, 'glitches', flashbacks, transitions, interfaces. — Make animated titles, subtitles, captions, intros and branded graphic elements. — Compositing: combine AI generation, graphics and footage into a cohesive picture. — Develop and maintain the brand's visual language in motion. — Edit short viral formats: vertical 9:16, about 60 seconds, tempo 1–3 videos per week. — Edit reportage shoots, advertising creatives, trends and other video materials. — Work in various formats: vertical, horizontal 16:9, square, for different platforms. — Mix and clean audio, select music and sound effects, perform color correction. — Generate videos, images and scene elements (text-to-video, image-to-video, image generation) and integrate them into editing and animation. — Write and refine prompts, maintain character and style consistency across videos. — Refine AI generation by hand: clean artifacts, polish animation, add graphics. — Create covers, key visuals, stills and materials for social media.

Requirements: — Proficient in Adobe After Effects at a high level: animation, curves and timing, expressions, compositing, tracking, VFX. — Solid editing in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro). — Adobe Photoshop and Figma for preparing graphics and working with layouts. — Understanding animation principles, strong sense of rhythm and timing. — Experience editing both short dynamic videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) and conversational formats (interviews, podcasts) where it's important to keep pace and cut 'fluff'. — Confident work with AI tools for video and image generation. — Ability to write precise prompts and quickly get desired results. — Understanding how to combine AI generation with classic motion design and editing.
